I can see nothing about this particular subforum that it serves a purpose. The closest I can imagine this to be is a sort of a spam outlet. With the exception of coupling guest posting and a broad topic, this has no discernible difference to me than say, the general discussions thread. Is this supposed to act as a shoutbox replacement? I'm slightly confused.
