For some reason, the To the Moon Main Theme was the first one I clicked on, even though I already screened the game. It brought me back to that feel.
I would suggest the Cave Story one myself, except perhaps not from the 3D version but this version instead? It's a bit more chip-tuney but I find it more catchy, perhaps it's just personal preference.
The La Mulana remake has an amazing soundtrack, you should definitely listen to it. I think especially the following one is really cool:
