Here's a small code update, mostly backend that no normal person would notice.

    • The next track is now pre-selected when the current track starts playing! This eliminates milliseconds of RNG processing time to select the next track when the current track finishes.
    • Added KACA (Paypal) Donators right below Patreon Patrons!
    • Added an optional "sub"(subtitle) property for tracks. It blends seamlessly into the displayed game title while keeping the base game title programmatically separated for grouping and IGDB lookups. This new property distinguishes tracks from major content updates within a live-service game (i.e. events, scenarios, chapters, or song packs) and allows each update its own limited track allocation depending on the year it was released.

I think live-service games need a fair shake than just limiting them to 5 tracks. Gacha games just have too many bangers to ignore. Think of them like MMORPGs such as FFXIV. FFXIV releases an expansion every 2 years, and each expansion can have up to 5 tracks in the VIP. Similarly, I'd impose a 5-track limitation to a gacha game for each year that it continues releasing content. The content released that year must also collectively fit within that year’s 5-track maximum and can't be borrowed from or carried over to a previous or future year. That sounds fair, right?! Of course, that's more work for me, since I have to match up each track to the content and date in which it was released. :o

The Honkai: Star Rail tracks in the VIP actually already used a similar system before this update, because the game's content updates have their own searchable IGDB entries. Tracks from updates such as "If One Dreams at Midnight", "Then Wake to Weep", "Farewell, Penacony", and "Flying Aureus Shot to Lupine Rue" (all released in 2024) were stored under separate full game titles, while still sharing the yearly track limit of 5. That sounds fair, right?! These updates are now in the new subtitle property.
